    Engineered for superior stability and long-term accuracy, the C0636Ax1000 Precision Bench Lathe features induction-hardened and ground bedways (HRC 45-52) alongside premium quenched spindle gears for vibration-free operation at speeds up to 2000 RPM. This versatile 1000mm center-distance machine utilizes precision tapered roller bearings for high-load spindle support and a fully enclosed quick-change gearbox, allowing seamless switching between 44 metric and 34 imperial thread pitches without manual gear swaps. The integrated D1-5 spindle nose, foot brake, and comprehensive coolant system ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency for complex turning, boring, and threading tasks.
